Gatehouse Chambers’ Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury Team will be hosting a #Brew on Advocacy in the tribunal setting/inquests/inquiries on 26th July at 11am.
In this Gatehouse Chambers Brew, Henry Slack, Helena Drage and Aneurin Moloney provide an introduction to the scope and objective of inquests and public inquiries. They will consider how case preparation may differ in these forums, the purpose of advocacy within these settings, and how the style of advocacy might be adapted to meet the objectives of a fact finding endeavour.
