Hardwicke invites you to a breakfast seminar for local authority housing officers, environmental health officers and lawyers. The seminar will discuss problems posed by hoarding by their service users, and the role of agencies such as the Court of Protection for users who lack mental capacity to make decisions about their welfare and property.
There will be a keynote address by external speaker Professor David Mataix-Cols, and Barbara Hewson, Alison Meacher and Anna Tkaczynska will discuss the following issues:

- Mental Capacity Act
- Possession
