With some courts closed and inevitable backlogs building up, now is the time to think about whether it might be possible to resolve a dispute through ADR. Hardwicke has therefore joined with ADR ODR to run a series of informal #HardwickeBrew Zoom sessions to explain how you can set up and run an online ADR session.
The first of these sessions will look at online mediation and will be hosted by PJ Kirby QC of Hardwicke (counsel, mediators and judges) and Rahim Shamji of ADR ODR. They will be chatting through how you organise an online mediation, whether you can really ensure confidentiality in an online session and a host of other questions which they have come up against. They will also be inviting you to send in questions in advance (please send these to sally.wollaston@gatehouselaw.co.uk) or raise them on the day.
So bring along your coffee/tea and join them. Wandering children and pets welcome!
If you would like to take part, please indicate your interest by clicking on the button below. If you would like to send our invitation to colleagues, please feel free to do this and ask them to email events@gatehouselaw.co.uk if they would like to be included.
We look forward to catching up at a safe social distance!
