We are discussing in our #HardwickeBrew ADR series the importance of parties considering whether it is possible to resolve their differences through ADR given that some courts are closed and there are inevitable backlogs. This #HardwickeBrew looks at online arbitrations from an advocate’s point of view and follows that on 3rd June when we discussed the practicalities of putting on and running an online arbitration.
Paul Reed QC and David Pliener, who have just been involved in one of the first online arbitrations, alongside Rahim Shamji, from ADR ODR who is an expert at running online arbitrations, discuss what advocates need to bear in mind when involved in online arbitration. The session will be moderated by Emily Betts. You can send in questions in advance to Emily or raise them on the day.
So bring along your coffee/tea and join them. Wandering children and pets welcome!

We look forward to catching up at a safe social distance!
