The Hardwicke Property Team invite you to join them in their next informal Zoom chat to discuss the current challenges facing clients in the rapidly changing legal landscape. Bring your own coffee or other drink and come and exchange views with us on how things are going in the remote world – of the court, work and generally. We are doing this weekly, with different members of the Property Team starting things off by sharing their views on topical legal issues, including the Coronavirus Act 2020.
The next Property team #HardwickeBrew will be hosted by John Clargo, Carl Brewin and Katrina Mather with Byroni Kleopa acting as moderator. They will be looking at issues arising for property lawyers because of an actual or potential insolvency. In particular, they will be looking at what happens if a landlord goes into insolvency, CVAs and options available to struggling businesses as well as the changes to wrongful trading/directors’ duties legislation.
