The next #HardwickeBrew from the Insolvency Team takes place on Thursday, 25 June at 16:00 and sees Alaric Watson, Sarah Clarke and Katrina Mather return to discuss what has happened to the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Bill in its journey through the Commons and the Lords and, assuming we have an Act by then, what the final Act looks like, with a view in particular to picking up on the issues raised with Paul Bannister of the Government’s Insolvency Service on the last occasion. As Lesley Anderson KC is in trial at the moment, Jonathan Titmuss has kindly agreed to fill his usual “chair” for this review session, and Phillip Patterson will be moderating.
So, armed with the usual drink or cup of tea, please join us to discuss some of the issues being raised by the Bill.
#HardwickeBrews are online, informal Zoom chats aimed at keeping everyone up to date and giving us all a forum in which to exchange opinions and experiences.
Please get in touch with Phillip, preferably before the session starts, if you would like to pose any questions or make any comments on these issues. You will of course also be able to do this during the #HardwickeBrew itself.
As always, wandering children and pets welcome!
If you would like to join in, please indicate this by emailing: events@gatehouselaw.co.uk.
We look forward to catching up at a safe social distance.
