Join us for an interactive session on 30th March looking at all the changes being made to the Civil Procedure Rules concerning the use of witness statements in proceedings in the Business and Property Courts. Our panel is chaired by ChBA association committee member, Lesley Anderson QC, and also consists of Sarah Clarke, Emily Betts, Gemma Witherington (DDJ and Civil Recorder) and Joshua Griffin (a member of the Witness Evidence Working Group). They will be discussing the nature and effect of the changes.
