The seminar will include the following:
- Priorities: A review of recent cases including Baker v Craggs, Williams v Broadoak Private Finance, Mortgage Express v Lambert and Wishart v Credit and Mercantile.
- Rectification of the land register: making arguments about exceptional circumstances.
- Indemnities: A practically focused summary of “who can” secure an indemnity, the “when” and “how to” do so with a collection of useful tips.
