We are delighted to announce the third date in our new J2J commercial series: In good company? A guide to common company law issues in commercial disputes.
In the final webinar of our J2J Commercial Mini Series, Jack Dillon and Ryan Hocking will discuss (i) nominee shareholdings and issues arising where a party alleges that they hold shares beneficially and (ii) director’s duties and ways of approaching claims for breach.
This will be a practical session, using a problem scenario to illustrate the legal issues, and Jack and Ryan will give practical tips as well as identifying traps for the unwary. The session builds on the previous two webinars in the series, although attendance at the previous two will not be needed. This is intended as a 40-minute session with time afterwards for questions and discussion.
Please email events@gatehouselaw.co.uk to register your interest in this webinar. Further details will be released in due course.
