This webinar will also address the Supreme Court’s landmark decision in Bresco v Lonsdale, as well as discussing more generally the impact of insolvency (or near insolvency) on construction contracts, and how parties can plan ahead to protect themselves from some of the consequences of a counterparty going bust.
