In this webinar, Cameron Stocks and Charlotte John will explore the fundamentals of private client that all property lawyers should be aware of including contentious/non contentious processes, the estate as a party to proceedings, possession proceedings and costs.
This webinar is intended to give junior property lawyers an introduction to some of the key principles and issues that arise in cases involving probate issues. This back to basics webinar may also be a useful refresher for trainees and junior associates in the private client field.
