And after one of the longest economic expansions in living memory, it appears that the tide may well be turning — leaving fraud lawyers ready to descend onto the sands (to stretch a metaphor).
On the evening of Thursday 24 October lawyers from RPC’s civil fraud team, one of the largest and most highly rated in the City, will form the panel for Legal Cheek’s latest student event. They will be joined by Tom Bell whose commercial practice involves a strong fraud element.
