Privy Council Appeal from the Court of Appeal of the Bahamas in which Charles is instructed by the Defendant Insurance Company to represent it in the Privy Council. Dispute over late service of writ upon which turns whether insurer will have to pay out substantial value claims by 4 parties or be able to avoid them.

Charles Bagot is acting for the Defendant insurance company.
