Andrew Kearney elected Chair of the CIArb Western Counties Branch

We are delighted to announce that Andrew Kearney has been elected Chair of the Western Counties Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).

The Institute is a global professional body, committed to promoting effective dispute resolution and the benefits it brings to society and economies across the world.  He will serve alongside 40 other Branch Chairs globally, and a regional committee of experienced ADR specialists.

Andrew is a Fellow of the Institute, a Chartered Arbitrator, a Registered Mediator and an accredited Adjudicator.  He has previously held similar roles in the Adjudication Society and the Society of Construction Law. His appointment reflects his ongoing contribution to the advancement of ADR.
