Another Hardwicke Building Success in the Court of Appeal

Hardwicke Building’s Kerry Bretherton has triumphed in the Court of Appeal.  Acting for the appellant in Elyarna Alexander-David v Mayor & Burgesses of Hammersmith & Fulham London Borough Council , Kerry appealed an earlier decision that stated a local authority was entitled to possession of a 16 year old appellant’s local authority housing after complaints were made about her behaviour.
