High value RTA insurance claim being litigated in the Cayman Islands, in which Charles acted for the Defendant’s Insurers. Originally claimed at CI$5 million, for the loss of a career in accountancy due to injury. Charles was heavily involved in the case throughout. He would have represented the insurers at trial in the Caymans, but for a favourable settlement ($350,000) which he negotiated a few days before trial.

Charles Bagot acted for the Defendant insurance company instructed by Colonial Insurance Company.
