Charles Raffin chairs lively discussion on third party funding at the Legal Business International Arbitration Summit

On 11 November, Charles Raffin was delighted to Chair a panel discussion at the Legal Business International Arbitration Summit 2019, entitled “External Funding: New Opportunities and Challenges in Arbitration Finance“.

The excellent panel, comprising Sherina Petit, Partner & Head of India Practice at Norton Rose Fulbright; Matthew Amey, Director of The Judge; Matthew Knowles, Counsel, International Arbitration at Hogan Lovells; and, Dominic P. Afzali, Associate Director of Litigation Funding at Harbour Litigation Funding Ltd, explored a range of key issues connected with the availability and use of third party funding in International Arbitration.
