This seminar provides an introduction to the changes brought in by the Children and Families Act and has an in depth focus on the impact the reforms are having and the issues that parents, carers and young people are facing.

- An introduction to the changes through the Children and Families Act 2014, including Education, Health and Care plans and the new SEND Code of Practice
- New rights for young people with special educational needs and disabilities of education up to 25 years
- Your rights under the Act and how to exercise them
