With some courts closed and inevitable backlogs building up, now is the time to think about whether it might be possible to resolve a dispute through ADR. Hardwicke has therefore joined with ADR ODR Int to run a series of informal #HardwickeBrew Zoom sessions to explain how you can set up and run ADR online.
The second of these sessions will continue the discussion about online mediation and will be hosted by Brie Stevens-Hoare QC and Michael Wheater of Hardwicke (who between them act as counsel, mediators, judges and adjudicators) and Rahim Shamji of ADR ODR Int, a leading online mediation specialist, with PJ Kirby QC (counsel and judge) moderating. You are welcome to send in questions in advance (please send these to sally.wollaston@gatehouselaw.co.uk) or raise them on the day.
So bring along your coffee/tea and join them. Wandering children and pets welcome!
If you would like to take part, please indicate this by e-mailing: events@gatehouselaw.co.uk.
We look forward to catching up at a safe social distance!
