The next #HardwickeBrew from the Insolvency Team takes place on Thursday, 4 June at 16:00 and sees a panel drawn from the Team, consisting of Lesley Anderson QC, Alaric Watson, Sarah Clarke and Katrina Mather who will discuss further the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Bill 2020. They will be joined by Paul Bannister of the Government’s Insolvency Service. The session will be moderated by Emily Husain.
So, armed with whatever drink you need to get you through these lockdown afternoons, please join us to discuss some of the issues being raised by the Bill.
#HardwickeBrews are online, informal Zoom chats aimed at keeping everyone up to date and giving us all a forum in which to exchange opinions and experiences.
