- Whether demands for rent should always waive the right to forfeit; and
- Whether a tenant need pay all rent arrears to obtain relief from forfeiture
Both topics are considered in Peter and Jamal’s recent publication, Forfeiture of Leases published by the Law Society, and they will be discussing these matters in more depth during the Brew.
