The programme will follow the lifecycle of a corporate insolvency—from the early signs of financial distress and the options for rescue and recovery, through to company valuation. The day will culminate in a challenge to an insolvency practitioner’s decision, concluding with a live court‑style advocacy and analysis session. This promises to be an interactive and practical experience with plenty of opportunities for delegate participation.
