Gatehouse Chambers welcomes David Lipson and Callum Reid-Hutchings as members

Following the successful completion of their pupillages, we are delighted to welcome David Lipson and Callum Reid-Hutchings as the newest members of Gatehouse Chambers with effect from 4 October 2024.

David’s practice revolves around residential and commercial property disputes, commercial disputes, and employment law. He completed an LLB at University College London and an LLM at Queens’ College, Cambridge. He received both the Roger Cox Scholarship and an Advocacy Scholarship for his Bar Practice Course at the University of Law, for which he obtained a distinction. Prior to joining chambers, David worked as paralegal in the healthcare sector.

Callum’s practice encompasses commercial, construction, insolvency, and professional negligence work. He studied Law at University of Cambridge and Swansea University, gaining several academic prizes at both and received a merit-based scholarship to study at Cambridge and undertake the Bar Course in London. Prior to joining chambers, Callum worked as a commercial litigation paralegal at a leading boutique law firm, and worked as a Judicial Assistant in the High Court.
