Hardwicke welcomes new member, Philipp Simon
In a move which will enhance Hardwicke’s growing international practice, Hardwicke is pleased to welcome Philipp Simon. Philipp is not only a qualified English barrister but also qualified to practice in Germany and Luxembourg.
“International work has been developing exponentially in the last few years,” says PJ Kirby QC, joint head of chambers. “Philipp’s arrival will be a considerable asset to Hardwicke’s commercial team in particular.”
This sentiment is echoed by Amanda Illing, CEO: “Philipp’s arrival underlines Hardwicke’s ability to identify talented lawyers with whom we can work to mutual advantage and who will give us the edge in new markets. Philipp offers us the opportunity to develop the work we are doing internationally as well as strengthen the commercial and insolvency teams generally.”
Philipp’s practice is truly international, acting both for individuals, corporations and government across a wide range of commercial issues. His areas of expertise are company/joint venture work with a particular emphasis on cross-border mergers, banking and finance as well as corporate insolvency.
