Hardwicke has been chosen for the second time as the winner of the UK Diversity Legal Award 2012.

Now in its seventh year, the Black Solicitors' Network Diversity League Table analyses ethnicity and gender diversity in the legal profession and this year also considered disabled, lesbian, gay and bisexual employees.

Hardwicke achieved top scores again in the Overall Diversity League Table, our Policy & Practice and the Demographic League Table.

According to the 2012 Diversity League Table report, Hardwicke is "head and shoulders above the other Chambers, as their overall score is a large step above the next highest".

Joint Head of Chambers, Paul Reed QC comments: "Winning this award for a second time recognises Hardwicke's commitment to diversity, and to success based on ability. We thank the Black Solicitors' Network for their hard work, and for making these awards possible."

Practice Director, Amanda Illing added "We are proud that our genuine commitment to equality and diversity has been recognised for a second time by this prestigious award, and we will continue to review our policies and keep innovating in order to take Hardwicke's diversity even further."
