“How to Get Sued and be Miserable” raises hundreds for #BillableHour

Hardwicke’s own PJ Kirby QC and Gordon Exall held the seminar, entitled “Litigators: How to Get Sued and be Miserable” in chambers last night in aid of the Billable Hours Appeal, which has to date raised in excess of £700.00.

The seminar covered a range of topics including limitation periods, claim forms and extensions of time, whilst PJ focused on costs budgeting, all presented with a little tongue in cheek humour.

The well attended seminar gathered a great crowd from across the profession.
