Aphrodite joined Gatehouse Chambers in June 2025 as Head of HR and a member of the Senior Management Team.
She has over 11 years’ experience in the legal sector, bringing expertise across human resources, operations, and legal practice as a property paralegal, having commenced her career at a London law firm.
As Head of HR, Aphrodite leads the firm’s people strategy, with responsibility for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, wellbeing, and EDI initiatives. She works closely with senior leadership to align people practices with the firm’s strategic objectives.
Aphrodite holds a degree in Business with Law and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She is committed to fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative working culture that enables everyone to thrive.
Outside of work, she enjoys travel, wellness, and social activities.
