Resolving workplace disputes – a consultation: Hardwicke’s response

Members from Hardwicke’s Employment Team have submitted a response to the Department for Business Innovation & Skills (BIS) in relation to proposed changes to the Ministry of Justice’s Tribunal Service. 

BIS invited professionals to contribute answers to a questionnaire. The consultation is currently in the first stage of bringing forward the Government’s review of employment law.
