Robin Dunne acts for Coleen Rooney in the high profile Vardy v Rooney case
This week Robin Dunne has been acting for Coleen Rooney in the high profile Vardy v Rooney case. The costs claim arises after Mrs. Rooney’s successful defence of a libel claim brought by Ms. Vardy, where she was awarded indemnity basis costs due to Vardy’s conduct during the claim. The parties have been dealing with complex preliminary issues in front of the Senior Costs Judge over three days with the full assessment to be heard next year.
