Room hire

1 Lady Hale Gate is conveniently located at the entrance to Gray’s Inn in London Midtown.  Chancery Lane and Holborn tube stations are within a 5 minute walk.

We are able to cater for meetings, social gatherings, arbitrations and mediations.  We also host hybrid court hearings where it is important to be close to nearby courts including the Royal Courts of Justice and Rolls Building.

• Room sizes & facilities

  We have a suite of rooms, all benefitting from natural daylight, for hire on the top two floors:

  • 8 meeting rooms, many of which are equipped with wifi, screens, room cameras, HDMI in desk for laptop connection and in-ceiling microphones. A number of these have outside balconies suitable for entertaining.  The sizing of the rooms is:
    • Meeting room 1 – seats 6
    • Meeting room 2 – seats 4
    • Meeting room 3 – seats 8. It can be joined to meeting room 4 to seat 12.
    • Meeting room 4 – seats 8. It can be joined to meeting room 3 to seat 12.
    • Meeting room 5 – seats 4.
    • Meeting room 6 – seats 6. It can be joined to meeting room 7 to seat 12.
    • Meeting room 7 – seats 7. It can be joined to meeting room 6 to seat 12.
    • Meeting room 8 – seats 10.
  • 2 seminar rooms both equipped with wifi, screens, projectors and in-ceiling microphones.
    • Seminar room A – seats 12. It can be joined with seminar room B to seat 60 theatre style and 28 boardroom style.
    • Seminar room B – seats 12. It can be joined with seminar room A to seat 60 theatre style and 28 boardroom style.
  • We also have a number of entertainment spaces, some with outside balconies.
• Catering

  Our inhouse catering team can provide you with whatever you require be it canapes, sandwiches, buffets or fine dining.

• Accessibility

  All our facilities are completely accessible for those requiring wheelchair access.
