SCL Astra Conference – Belgrade

Michael Levenstein moderated the closing session of this year’s SCL Astra conference in Belgrade, ‘The new normal? Risk allocation in an age of permanent disruption’. The esteemed panel comprised the SCL UK Co-Chair David Falkenstern and leading FIDIC and NEC experts Shy Jackson, Katarina Baklaja and Lucy Preston, who examined how different standard forms respond to risks including an AI cyber attack, foreign sanctions and extreme weather events.
