The Rights of Victims and Society in the In Genere Inquiry

Gatehouse Chambers is pleased to draw attention to the policy paper ­’The Rights of Victims and Society in the In Genere Inquiry‘, published by the University of Malta’s Law Students’ Society.

This paper looks at the accountability to and participation of victims in the administration of justice in Malta.

Emma Zeb of our Inquest, Inquiries & Investigations and Injury teams, contributed the English law perspective within the paper. It is good to be able to support such impressive law reform efforts by the next generation of legal practitioners in other legal jurisdictions.
