Our next Insolvency #HardwickeBrew will take place at 4pm on Thursday, 23 July.
The Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act imposes new restrictions on the operation of termination clauses (known as ‘ipso facto’ clauses) in contracts for the supply of goods or services where the company to which those goods or services are supplied enters a relevant insolvency procedure. This #HardwickeBrew hosted by Sarah Clarke, Sri Carmichael and Ryan Hocking will discuss the potential impact of this permanent change to corporate restructuring law.
Join our discussion armed with whatever drink you need to get you through these lockdown days.
#HardwickeBrews are online, informal Zoom chats aimed at keeping everyone up to date and giving us all a forum in which to exchange opinions and experiences.
Please feel free to get in touch with James Shaw, who will be moderating, if you would like to pose any questions or make any comments on these issues in advance of the brew. You will of course also be able to ask questions and make comments during the #HardwickeBrew itself.
As always, wandering children and pets welcome!
If you would like to join in, please email events@gatehouselaw.co.uk
We look forward to catching up at a safe social distance.
