Hardwicke’s Insolvency Team are delighted to announce the details of their next #HardwickeBrew taking place on Thursday, 25 March.
Last year two interesting Court of Appeal decisions emerged dealing with when, how and to what extent the courts are willing to or should intervene to exercise control over office holders: Lehman Brothers (Australia) Ltd v MacNamara and Brake v Lowes. Alaric Watson and Jonathan Titmuss are joined by special guest speaker Stephen Hunt (Griffins) to discuss the current trends in this area and to distil what we can learn from these decisions. Aileen McErlean will be moderating. If you have any insights, anecdotes or queries that you wish to share, please feel free to contact Aileen in advance or on the day to have your say.
Please register your interest by emailing events@gatehouselaw.co.uk. We will circulate the joining instructions separately.
We look forward to catching up at a safe social distance!
