The third seminar in our Junior to Junior Commercial series will be hosted by Simon Kerry, Emma Hynes and Emily Husain. They will address the early-stage decisions that arise when claims are being formulated, and the profound impact these can have as the claim progresses. In particular they will cover:
- circumstances in which you are bound to seek determination of your remedy by a specific method or forum;
- how different remedies interact, and when and how the need to elect a remedy arises;
- strategies for pursuing different remedies in the alternative; and
- the choices parties have when formulating a claim for damages, and when there may be conflicts between alternative calculations.
