J2J Commercial Series: Economic Torts

We are delighted to announce the dates of our J2J Commercial Series for 2022. These interactive sessions are aimed at junior commercial litigators wishing to build up their knowledge of some of the issues that come up regularly in practice or more senior practitioners looking for a refresher.

Jack Dillon and Jaysen Sharpe will discuss the elements of the economic torts – procuring breach, conspiracy, unlawful interference, intimidation, trade disputes – drawing on lessons from recent cases, and the how these torts apply in relation to the sale of goods.
