Junior to Junior (J2J) Insolvency Half Day

Gatehouse Chambers’ Junior Insolvency Team will be hosting their annual J2J Insolvency half day conference on the 12th May.

The team will refresh your knowledge of some of the key principles, procedure and strategic considerations involved in corporate and personal insolvency proceedings.

They will cover:

• Moratoriums
• Setting aside statutory demands and injunctions to restrain
• Antecedent transactions

The talks are aimed at solicitors up to four years PQE, although they may also be of interest to more senior practitioners who do not often practise in the insolvency field.
