In  LA Micro Group (UK) Ltd & Bell v LA Micro Group & Ors [2020] EWHC 1405 (Ch) Paul Strelitz has been successful in resisting a jurisdictional challenge in the High Court against the pursuit of a claim concerning the shareholding in a tech company.  There is a useful analysis in the judgment by Nugee J of the applicable law.
