Lesley Anderson KC and Paul Strelitz represented the fifth defendant in defeating a £40m fraud claim in the Commercial Court before Mr Justice Butcher.

Lesley and Paul were instructed by CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang. The three-week trial involved multiple allegations of fraudulent misrepresentation and conspiracy against Lesley and Paul’s client, together with an investor funded by household name financial institutions.
