Patrick joined Gatehouse Chambers after graduating from Goldsmiths College, University of London in 2014 and was appointed to Senior Practice Manager in 2022.
Patrick is responsible for the management and development of our barristers’ practices, and for the promotion of specialist practice areas, working closely with the Practice Director and Practice Management Team to implement chambers’ wider strategic goals. Whilst he has a particular focus on our Property, Private Client and Professional Negligence teams, Patrick advises across the full breadth of chambers’ work and has in-depth knowledge of our members’ expertise.
In 2021, Patrick won the Chambers Professional of the Year at the Advocate Bar Pro Bono Awards and he has a particular interest in and commitment to access to justice. Patrick is also involved in Gatehouse’s various EDI initiatives and CSR programme, and is a key contact for any clients wishing to collaborate in those spaces.

Patrick supports FreeBar, a forum focused on LGBT+ people and their allies working at and for the Bar. He also volunteers as a receptionist at the Waterloo Legal Advice Service. In 2021 he won Advocate’s Pro Bono Chambers’ Professional of the Year Award.
