J2J Insolvency Half Day Conference

​Gatehouse Chambers’ Junior Insolvency Team will be hosting their annual J2J Insolvency Conference on Thursday 1st August 2024. The team will refresh your knowledge of some of the key principles, procedure and strategic considerations involved in corporate and personal insolvency proceedings.

The team will cover:

• Transactions at an undervalue and preference claims (Jaysen Sharpe and Katrina Mather)
• Orders for possession and sale (Michael Maris and Adam Smith-Roberts)
• Misfeasance (Thomas Mitty and Joshua Griffin)
• Setting aside statutory demands and injunctions to restrain winding up petitions (Rob Hammond and James Shaw)

Lunch will be served during registration and the first talk will start at 1pm. There will also be a drinks reception at the end of the conference.
