- Claim for circa £12- £15 million for breach of contract involving issues of agency, penalty clauses, and contractual interpretation, in relation to the provision of services to an oil and gas platform in Nigeria owned by Chevron Nigeria.
- Advising a European car manufacturer on how to challenge the registration for enforcement in England of a multi-million US dollar Ghanaian judgment.
- Dispute involving a Thai company and its Ghanaian subsidiary in a U$110 million dispute on the breach of a ‘collateral management agreement’ against a Ghanaian bank, governed by English law.
- $10m claim regarding the construction of a floating production and storage facility in Nigeria.
