Our team of IP specialists has considerable experience appearing before all of the UK’s specialist IP courts and tribunals. Our clients range from sole inventors, individual artists, and SMEs, all the way through to the largest global corporations.
We appreciate that IP disputes often require swift action to be taken within tight timeframes, and in addition to our trial and appellate work, we are often instructed to act in urgent applications for interim injunctive relief, including search and delivery-up orders.
Our IP team includes barristers who have post-graduate science qualifications (from computer science through to synthetic organic chemistry) in addition to their legal qualifications, and we are frequently instructed in disputes relating to highly complex technologies.
