Corporate insolvency is a core part of the work of our specialist insolvency team, and we have comprehensive expertise in all aspects of this complex process.
We regularly act in corporate liquidations, whether via compulsory liquidation or CVL. We act for companies, creditors and IPs, in both domestic and international liquidations. We advise and represent clients at all stages of the process, from presentation of a winding up petition, through liquidation and asset tracing and recovery ultimately to dissolution.
We also frequently advise companies trying to avoid insolvency, whether via compromise with individual creditors, a scheme of arrangement, or a CVA. We have extensive experience dealing with administration, including pre-packs, and receivership. In addition, we advise on issues arising on solvent liquidation via an MVL.
