Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014

Royal assent was yesterday given to the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014.

This legislation makes significant changes to the way local housing authorities and private registered providers deal with anti-social behaviour, both in terms of injunctions and possession work.
