Called to the Bar in England and Wales in 1996 and in Gibraltar in 1997, Charles qualified as an English solicitor in 2003. A partner at the esteemed law firm Triay Lawyers in Gibraltar, Charles’ practice focuses on commercial litigation, insolvency, private client and trust disputes.
Charles is recognised by Chambers and Partners Europe for General Business Law: Dispute Resolution and The Legal 500 ranks him as a Leading Individual for Dispute Resolution. He is a member of ICC Fraudnet, a specialist network of anti-fraud and asset tracing lawyers. Charles is the sole Gibraltar member.
