This summer will see the passing of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime &
Policing Bill, which will fundamentally reform the remedies available to registered providers, and others, in dealing with ASB. For example, Anti-Social
Behaviour Orders are to be abolished, ASB Injunctions will be replaced by
Injunctions to Prevent Nuisance & Annoyance and mandatory grounds for
possession will be introduced in certain cases.
This seminar, which will run in conjunction with Batchelors Solicitors, will explain the changes and their practical implications for private registered providers and each participant will be provided with a comprehensive pack setting out the reforms in detail. It is aimed at officers of registered providers with a reasonable knowledge of ASB procedures and practice.
If you would like to attend, please complete and submit the registration form.
