In the second of our 2018 professional negligence seminar series, Tom Bell and Martyn Griffiths will review the principles and recent authorities concerning professional negligence claims against insurance brokers. They will discuss the impact of the Insurance Act 2015 on the duties owed by brokers and examine the recoverable losses that can be claimed once a breach of duty is established.
