Employment Lawyers Association Seminar: Restrictive Covenants, Injunctions and Wrotham Park Damages: An Update

Paul Strelitz will give an update on Wrotham Park relief often sought in restrictive covenant cases (if only as a backup) including what might work and what probably won’t. This will include the most recent case from the Court of Appeal, One Step (Support) Ltd v Morris-Garner and another [2016] EWCA Civ 180, which looks at Wrotham Park damages as a whole and examines the jurisprudence in this area.
