The Hardwicke Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury Team invite you to join them in an informal Zoom chat to discuss the recent decisions affecting vicarious liability, including Barclays Bank v Various Claimants [2020] UKSC 13 and WM Morrison Supermarkets plc v Various Claimants [2020] UKSC 12. There will also be an update on remote hearings and extended court opening hours. The session will be hosted by Gemma Witherington and Henry Slack with Aneurin Moloney moderating.
